Can a man tell that the person is transgendered. For example during sex, do they need lubricant for sex or they're body can produce fluids naturally after sugery?

I'm sorry, but I don't know how to express my question better.

Maybe I should have placed the question under the health category.

Most women use lubricants when having vaginal sex, so that doesn't say anything. A GYN can't tell the difference without an internal exam. And some, like myself release fluids during climax. I hope that helps.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder...this may sound strange in answering this, but there should be no issue whether you can tell the difference or not. If one were to get that far that a look was necessary then it would be just a little late to stop and question it.
The lubrication inquiry is a valid question and only the individual and her Dr. would be able to tell you what steps were taken to address this problem. Because there are some differing techniques in building the female anatomies, different outcomes have varying results.

As far as appearance... it looks pretty much the same as a bio female... when a man penetrates a transsexual woman vaginally it has the same general feeling... I don't think they produce the natural form of lubrication bio females do though.. I'm not 100% sure on that... maybe one of the post op girls will be able to answer that part of your question..

That is a very good question, Jenny! I understood perfectly well what you were asking. I believe additional lubrication would be necessary. I could be wrong, but I can't imagine how the newly constructed vagina could produce its own moisture, let alone sufficient enough to withstand intercourse.

I will tell you what I have a few best Girlfriends that where males at one time and I can not tell that they had a thang before but then they had good reconstructive Surgery and it looks and feels like the real thing one has a small problem and that she stays wet all the time to the point that she has to keep a pad on it but then no problems on keeping lubed!!!

from what i have been told, the vagina of a transgender woman is pretty much the same as a woman who was born a woman.
the fluids are produced naturally. but then again, i guess it just depends on the woman, trangendered or not!

apparently if it is done well even a gynecologist can't tell that a woman used to be a man. on the other hand you will always be able to tell that a man used to be a woman. however they will always be on hormone replacement therapy.

She'd probably need KY, but then again, so do many women-born women. It looks almost eerily the same as a woman-born woman's parts.
