We are so broke...it's not funny, but I am getting bored staying home. I've tried walks, but what else can you think of that is fun and doesn't cost anything?

GO to the bookstore and read the magazines and books. If there is a Whole foods go in their and eat tons of free samples. Try a couple of gelato tests and then say nah they don't do it for me.
Go to the library and check out free dvds ( i hear they have books as well).

Go to the library, get a good book, go to the park and read.
Look for free summer concerts in the park.
Find some volunteer work to do, you will feel great about yourself.

go fishing there's a free meal!
ride a bike in the park!
have a card game at home with your friends with cake and cuppa talk over old times!
have a tea party selling products-getting commission!
just be glad you have each other!

You can always visit friends, go to a park and play frisbee or something, Take up a new hobby, Volunteer for something, join a club or organization, or go swimming.

A library card is free and usually you can even "check out" videos or CD's or DVD's, not to mention read excellent magazines for free. Often they have children story time if you have kids.
