What three characteristics do all successful civilizations have in common

1. A common ideal (church or goal).
2) A common language.
3) Work ethic.

Essential is for everyone to be mostly on the same page and willing to make the effort to make it happen. This requires incentive, such as personal/family profit, Chaco Canyon type religious structure, or Empire like Rome.

A language of their own.
A culture of their own.
The wisdom to understand that the other civilizations are a good thing and shouldn't be eliminated.

P.S. All the great civilizations will disappear one day... and be replaced by other great civilizations.

1, All will strictly abide by their Ideologies 2, All will have an efficient but fair means of handing down power from leader to leader. 3, All are able to inspire their Populations.

They appreciate art
They appreciate technology
They decrease the amount of pressure coming from clerics.(they are less religion-based in ordinary life)
