I haven't seen anything said or posted yet (as facts) on whether or not M&M will stay or go. Yes, as the person said, they did sign a contract that will not end until 2008. HOWEVER....that does NOT mean they can't follow Sadler. Here is why. They signed a contract with Yates.....with Elliot Sadler as the driver.....that is part of the contract agreement. Since the driver they agreed to sponsor is leaving.......they can choose whether to keep their contract and continue sponsoring the 38 car, or leave, and not sponsor that team anymore. But....you also have to remember, Ray's cars major sponsor is Dodge.....they also have other sponsors on the car often such as Mountain Dew......but Dodge is the major sponsor.....it has been ever since that team was formed. Therefore....M&M may choose not to sponsor them, but it is up to M&M to decide...if Ray agrees to have them....not Yates. Also, if they choose not to sponsor with Ray and Elliot.....if they don't approve of the new driver placed in the 38 car (Gilliland) then they can pull out of their contract then as well.

Nobody knows what's happening next as of right now.....but it's up to M&M whether they stay or not.....leaving will not put them in breach of the contract, b/c the agreement was to sponsor a certain driver. :) Only time shall tell

no, elliot sadler is no taking m&ms with him as primary sponsor, 2 of the 3 evernham cup cars have dodge as the main sponsor, cars 9 and 19. besides, salder usually has way too many secondary paint schemes each year, you cant tell where he is most of the time. one solid sponsor all year will be better, that way he can consentrate on the racing instead of memorizing which sponsor is being used this week

No, because he probably will be driving for Ray Everham in Jermay Mayfield's car and M&M's is not going with Elliott

There has been no word yet what M&M's will do. They might follow Elliot and Evernham would take them as Dodge would move to a secondary sponser . As they are on the other two cars.
