On DVD? It already did didn't it? I've been out of the Dragon Ball loop for a while, but they should have put out the uncut series a while ago. (A while as in a few years)
If you meant on TV, I don't know.

The uncut episodes of DBZ have been out for quite some time. If the episodes on sale now are missing any scenes (and I'm fairly sure they aren't), they're as uncut as they're going to get. Cartoon Network aired the last batch of uncut episodes, from the first episode up until Captain Ginyu, just last year, so they were the last to be released.
