The first guy was right. The drain hole is blocked. You probably spilled an ice tray in the freezer or something. Easy fix is to empty the freezer and unplug for about 4 hours to make sure all ice in the freezer melts . Now its the ice under the freezer deck thats blocking the drain hole. Thats why you need to leave the freezer off for so long.

How to Stop Refrigerator Water Leaks
By Gary Hedstrom, Peg Hedstrom, and Judy Ondrla Tremore from How to Fix Everything For Dummies
When you see water under a refrigerator, check the front legs and/or clean the drain hole. Water (actually condensation) is supposed to run from inside the refrigerator into a drain hole, and then into a drip pan underneath, where it evaporates. If the refrigerator is completely level or tipped slightly forward, the water may not be able to flow into the drain. All you have to do to get it working is to adjust the front legs so that the refrigerator tips back slightly. That tilt also makes the door swing closed after you turn away from the refrigerator. Here’s what to do:
Have a helper tip the fridge slightly back so you can get under it.
Unscrew the front legs a couple turns to raise them. (Don’t take them off, though.)
Put the refrigerator down.
Use a level on the front edge of the refrigerator to make sure the legs are even.
Partially open the door and walk away. It should close by itself now.
Tip the refrigerator only slightly because it is designed to be (almost) level, and tilting it too much might cause a problem somewhere else.
If you can’t adjust the legs, put a shim under each of them, about 1/8 inch thick at the wide edge.
If adjusting the legs doesn’t stop water from leaking, then you have to clear the drain hole. It gets clogged with food particles:

Locate the drain tubes at the rear of the refrigerator or freezer.
Push a small plastic tube or a pipe cleaner through the tubes.
Pour a mild solution of soapy water and ammonia down the drain tube to kill bacteria. If you have a turkey baster or syringe, use it to squeeze water into the hole.
Check the drain pan under the refrigerator, on the left side, by removing the front grill.
If the soapy water hasn’t drained into it, you still have a problem. Go to Step 6.
Working inside the refrigerator, push the tube or pipe cleaner into and through the drain tube.
Flush the hole with water again.
You should now find water in the pan. If you do, don’t worry; it evaporates.
You can also have water problems if you keep the refrigerator in an unheated garage, porch, or basement. As heat from the motor flows across the cold exterior, it condenses and water forms, dripping onto the floor. All you need to do is put a space heater nearby, and if there’s no more water, you know condensation’s the problem. Solve the problem permanently by moving the refrigerator to a warmer place.

Two separate things can cause this problem. Either the drain is restricted at the top (most likely), or at the bottom of the hose (not likely). The other cause would be if the drain pan in the freezer is plugged. If the drain pan hole is frozen closed you will be getting water from both vent holes in the refig. top on each side near the back. If the drain is plugged the water will be from the center of the back wall.

What most often happens something will get in the drain cup in the refrig. and start growing and plug the drain cup. The drain cup catches the water from the freezer defrost, passes it through the back to the drain hose were it runs into a pain under th refig. where it evaporates.

To access the drain cup when the refig controls are in the back of the refig., remove the light cover, remove the knobs, remove the control cover. The drain cup should be visible now. If you don't see any screws holding the drain cup in, it should pull straight out. Clean and replace. You may want to run a little water through it after the drain cup is put back in to make sure it isn't plugged behind the cup. A little bleach water will help keep it from plugging again right away.

If the drain pan is frozen in the freezer, the easiest thing to do is unplug the refig., Open booth doors and waite until the water quites coming out the drain hose. This could take a day or longer depending how ice is built up under the cover inside the freezer.

Good luck

I found the best way to unclog the plastic drain hose is to get a 6' length of 1/8" stainless steel aircraft cable (from Lowe's, cut off the spool) and fish it down the length of the tubing from the top freezer to the drip pan. Fray the ends of the trailing side of the cable so that when you pull it through it works like a roto-rooter.

There is a tray that collects the thawed frost. From there it drains in a tube down into a tray in the space under the refrigerator space. Probably the entry point into the tube in the tray is plugged or the outlet of the tube a the water exit point is plugged. Check each in turn.

As most have said your drain is blocked. As some have suggested turning the unit off may correct this problem. If there is blockage somewhere this will not solve the problem.

If you click on my name and contact me with the make and model number I will be able to give you information on what to do to stop the water leaking.
