If you worked for this one company, would you use the opposite product?

Lets say the firsts in each set is who you work for

1) Cocola--- would you drink pepsi
2) Reebok---- would you wear nike's
3) Work for Subway---- but eat at Quiznos Sub

or Vise Versa?

I think I'd feel loyalty to the company in most cases. I don't drink Pepsi products now (and never would...I'm from Atlanta and don't like Pepsi anyway). If I worked for Reebok, I'd probably feel like I had to wear Reeboks. But as far as working for Subway, I'm not sure I'd feel like I had to be loyal to Subway and not eat at Quizno's or Blimpie. I mean, if I worked at Applebee's, I'm sure I'd still eat at Chili's and other restaurants.

Yes.. I like pepsi over coke. But if you drink a cola at work, they only sell coke.. So you dont have a choice.. And you would feel bad..
Reebok or nike is fine. But If I worked for reebok, i would wear reebok.
Subway is much better than quiznos..
But on my day off.. I would do what I want..

If I got freebies or a big discount, why would I use the other product?

Also, since there are many jobs with those companies and many people wanting to work for them, wouldn't I work for the one I liked better anyway?

Third, if you were at a party and someone offered you a cola in a glass, would you really grill them on the brand or just let it go?

I work for a large aircraft maker and prefer my own, but if the price is right I will use the other.

Sure. I would try to resist using the competitors products when I was at
work, but otherwise, its just a job.

Quiznos may be far closer than Subway to where I happen to be when I
am hungry. The machine may not sell Coke, etc.

I´ve worked for Pepsi but I didn´t like it, so I was drinking Coke. Of course I´m freelance so I was not really forbidden Coke. still I´m too much of a rebel to just be partisan. So I guess that, yes I´d go for the nemesis if i felt like it.

If the Pepsi taste better, yes; if the Nike's looks, fits better and is on sale, yes; Quiznos, yep. Look you work hard for your money, so YOU should decide how you spend it.

1) don't drink soday so can't answer that one
2) If I got an employee discount I would likely go with whoever I was working for, ifn ot than whatever show is most comfortable

Why would you work at a company and not show loyalty to the company that is paying your paycheck?

Company loyalty is important - it helps with job security.
