I'm from Canada, hello there. It's vast in size and wilderness when you are in the North Lands, that is beyond description. The urban centres are very populous, you may find goods and services more expensive. There are some profound differences between how you may see things from what is perceived in Canada, but nothing that I would think you'd find insurmountable. Whatever you could want, it's here. Well we don't have Hawaii, but I've got a feeling that Cuba will end up part of our little Dominion and they tell me it's nice there too.

I would say good idea because I've been wanting to move there for a few years now. But I can't convince my fiancee to leave Florida, let alone the US. Canada has better gun laws than us, free health care for everyone, and they don't have a dumb redneck running the country. The people seem to be nicer in general, too. Good luck!

Well...if you gotta go, you gotta go. But first check into how you do that. I believe you must have a job from a Canadian employer for 3 years, you must have in a bank account a certain amount of money to last for those 3 years. Its not that easy just to move to Canada.

Its a nice place, I like it very much...but it ain't America by any stretch of imagination...Good Luck

I like to visit there, but I would never want to live there. Too damn cold, and there isn't as much going on there as in the states. In between the few cities they have, lies desolation. I would advise against it.

Canada - it's like a whole different country up there!

Love, Jack.

Be carefull - you will have to make new friends, get used to the climate - maybe even learn a new language (that is, if you don't speak french)! On the other hand, you could meet some great new people, enjoy the snow and, maybe, even learn to speak french!

If you like the cold and long waits for health care, yes.
