Hi guys
I have a married friend but she is telling to everybody that he is her boyfriend not her husband, and it looks odd to us. Can you tell me why she is doing that or do you have any ideas???

She is obviously not happy in the marriage.... Why else would someone who has made a life long committment to another person, not claim them as her life partner?

Obviously she is still looking otherwise she wouldn't be doing that.

I have a friend that just got married and already she is out searching for her next future ex-husband... only been married 9 weeks... it is just disgusting.

It's either she's ashamed of her husband or she wants to fool around on him by telling people she's still single. If she's a really good friend of yours, it would be a good idea to talk to her about why she's doing this. If she's just an aquaintance, just stay out of her business.

no clue but it could be a little joke that they play. I know that my husband pretends to have a girlfriend on the side. She is my alter ego that I bring out for date nights. It keeps the "newness" in our marriage.

Sounds like she is still "looking". If I were you I would tell her that you don't want to hear her saying that! (especially if he is a friend too)

She is trying to keep her options open for other guys. We do it all the time. When I say "we", I mean men.

Apparently, she wants to keep her options open. You need to evaluate your friendship and see if this is someone who you want to be morally attached to.
