There are an estimated 70-SEXTILLION stars in the universe. So far we've found over one hundred planets around nearby stars, most of them closer than a hundred light years. The odds that there aren't at least hundreds of thousands of Earth-like planets sprinkled among 70-sextillion stars are astronomical (...pun intended)

For life to exist similar to ours there would need to be a planet located approximately the same distance from a yellow sun similar in size to ours and the planet would need to be relatively the same mass and size as ours.
Now remember there are as many stars in the heavens as there are grains of sand on all the beaches of all the oceans on earth. I think with that many star there’s a pretty good chance for at least on to have earth like life on it.
But I think that with out a doubt there’s life unlike earths out there some where.

Even if intelligent life only happened on 1 in a million planets there would be an abundance of life out there. Unless there is something very important we don't know about space travel, we couldn't travel and meet them or even hold a meaningful conversation via radio. The time required for space travel is way too long and even radio signals would take years, if not hundreds of years, to make the trip.

I don't dought that there are other life forms out there in the Univers infact I know that there are other life forms in the UniversI mean how do you think we came to be we can't be a product of spontenuity (I hope I spelled that word right). Any way I hate to brake it to you buddy but even if there are other carbon based life forms like us in some other planet far far away it may take us a few light years to reach them so either way we are still pretty much alone because other life is to far to reach unless we make flying saucers or build a stargate.

Ok I'm just going to B/S here.
How many stars do you know of with planets that revolve around it....um a lot.
And how many planet do you know of... and out of those... how many have life on them. 1 out of 9 planets.
I think the odds are pretty good.
