First of all why do you think that?? Who did you hear this from? Is it some one you trust? If you truly believe this you need to talk with your daughter openly with no accusations. Tell her what you have heard and make sure she knows you are not angry. If she insists that she is not having a sexual relationship with a 20 yr old woman then you need to trust her. Unless you want to hire detectives or not let her out of the house there really isn't anything you can do but trust your daughter is making good decisions

Okay, you should definately be concerned. A 20 year old woman can take adveantage of a young girl. She could be raping your daughter for all you know.
You are being a bad mother as far as i'm concerned.
You should take this woman to court
Talk to your daughter
And talk to the woman
Call the police and confront them
You have no parenting skillz, you obviously don't care about your daughter's life or safety!

Ask her about it! Don't accuse or berate her, but you need to talk to her, not us. If it turns out to be true, put that 20 year old in jail. A 13 year old girl shouldn't be involved with ANY 20 year old, male or female, and that woman knows it.
Good luck

Treat it as you might a 20 year-old man that is guilty of statutory rape. Tell her she is too old for a relationship with your daughter and if she doesn't cut off the relationship immediately, you will report her to the police.

Break it up! You are the parent. She is a minor. Tell the older woman you will press charges.
