A baseball bat. Momentum is the product of velocity and mass. A baseball bat has more mass than a table tennis paddle.

Momentum = mass x velocity. Since the baseball bat has much more mass, and assuming mass is the only variable, the bat has more momentum.

Also the question arises of where you are measuring the velocity (assuming both are being swung at a pivotal point at their handle). If you're measuring from the farthest point, then the paddle is actually being swung faster than the bat. If you were going to calculate the momentum, you would need to use an integral since not all parts of the paddle or bat are moving at the same velocity (the ends are moving a lot faster than near the handle).
However, since the bat will probably have a much greater mass than the paddle, it'll almost certainly have greater momentum even if the velocity is being measured at the ends of both the paddle and the bat.

Given a regular table tennis paddle and a regular baseball bat, I assume the bat has more mass. Since momentum is velocity times mass, if the velocities are the same, the momentum will be dependent upon and proportional to the mass. For the same velocity, more mass means more momentum. The bat wins.

The baseball bat, because it is heavier. Remember, momentum is mass times velocity.

Baseball bat, heavier.

It depends on which has more mass.

The greater the mass the greater the momentum at equal speeds.

think about it.....which one would hurt more if you got hit by? the bat..... momentum is affected by weight.

I am going to guess the bat because it has less resistance?
