first off-enter the email address they come from into your blocked file.(spam) then do as others have said send to abuse.then after you do all this i'd change the subject line to some thing else and send back to the SOB and hope they open it and get the virus also.serves them right.

Try use AVG Antivirus Free Edition.
It filters off those virus-infected emails most of the time.
I recommend it.

Report it to abuse@yahoo.com, if you have a file open and it is from a yahoo address, click forward, put "abuse@yahoo.com in the receipents Line, and describe the problem and send, they do investigate, they do suspend if someone violates their rules, and they will notify you of such. Good Luck

Create a filter that dumps anything from that address into the trash.

You need to find out who you gave your info to, because it sounds to me like they sold it to a 3rd party vendor. Find the link in the bottom of those emails and click unsubscribe.

don't think you can cuz they keep getting a way around the spam filters
