Educate the children in middle-east.
Donate some to aids and cancer research
Use it for a technology that doesn't need oil (this would prevent other 200billions to be spent)
And start a campaign against Bush,Blair and their friends ;)

that $200billion would not have existed if we didn't print it up to finance the war. we're still not sure where its going to come from.
