Hi, I am trying to decide if I should go on California Screamin' when I vist Disneyland in a few weeks. This would be my very first loop roller coaster and I am really scared. I love Space Mountain but I have no idea if it is faster,scarier,or longer than Space Mountain. Please help!!

I visited that place earlier this year. with my grand children. I am 73 but after the first ride nobody could stop me. What a blast. What excitement. What fun. Go for it baby. Enjoy yourself.

Well, California Screaming, I don't think you'd be scared of the speed since you've been on Space Mountain... The catch is it has those giant drops which are kinda like a Splash Mountain drop without the water. As for the loop, I hated it. The pressure on the back of my head gave me a headache. But then again, I can't even do the Dumbo ride cause I hate circles.

Space Mountain is scarier, faster and longer than California Screamin'. Trust me. California Screamin' is alot of fun. I used to be like you, but now, it's my favorite ride in the whole California Adventure park!

Great first loop roller coaster! It's the best one out there. Hardly feels like you're upside down, in my opinion. For most people, it is much less frightening than Space Mountain! Enjoy it! Cali Adventure is beautiful when you take the time to notice it!

area mountain doesnt go very quick in any respect(compared to popular day coasters), it in hardship-free words has a max % of 28mph. California screamin in interesting, the loop isn't scary. you do not experience like a abdomen on your throat feeling. the in hardship-free words way human beings hate looping coasters is in the adventure that they have under no circumstances been on them(i have noted). once you go on it, your gonna wanna go back on.

space mountain is scarier! on a side note-make sure you go on the Soarin' in Cali Adventure, too cool, laid back, not really a "ride". don't be scared! if you are worried about a loop coaster don't go on Tower of Terror-THAT WAS SCARY!

Good luck even GETTING on Califonia Screamin'. It's been shut down for the LONGEST time, as for as I know. I heard there as an accident that happened on it, and they've either shut it down indefinitly, or going to have to check and recheck it a gazillion times before it opens up.

You'll be fine! It's just one loop and you don't go anywhere. You're firmly strapped in! Hey, if my 78 year old grandmother could go on it (and it was her first upside down coaster too), then you'll have no problem. :)
