You did not put those pounds on quickly, you are not going to take them off quickly either.
Start a sane and healthy reducing diet, and exercise.
In the meantime, be happy with yourself for taking the first steps. People will notice the happy glow about you, and pay no attention to any extra fluff you have.

i'm a wreslter and right before a weigh in this is what i do, i take a very hot bath and soak for a good 30 min make sure its pretty hot u kno like enough to make u sweat then i get out of the bath tub put on sweats and go to bed with all the covers on, its gonna be a little uncomfortable but trust me it works i have lost 5 pounds in one night doing that, try to eat fruits because it is just water and u can piss it out and run a lot, i hope this helped! good luck

Honey, you don't need to be concerned about how much you weigh. You're only 12! If you really need to lose weight, then just excercise and drink lots and lots of water. I like to do around 100 crunches a night to keep thin, but never starve yourself. It's unhealthy, and diet pills could harm you!
