how exactly to get music on my phone?

I have the LG VX 8300, i just purchased the micro sd card that goes with it to put music or things like that on my phone, can someone tell me exactly what i need to do to get music onto this card and then playable on my phone. If it matters i have itunes.

If you download music on your computer, you can transfer it on the phone by bluetooth, USB connection, fireware, or what you have of these things on the phone. To do that, first check if you have a disc with some software support for those actions (should come with the phone). I believe that music can also be sent to your phone, as a MMS, or trough the WAP service. Try this stuff, it should work!
