4 1/2 inches long (head to bottom) and 3 1/2 ounces, your baby is about the size of an avocado. In the next three weeks, she'll go through a tremendous growth spurt, though, doubling her weight and adding inches to her length. Congrats!!!!!!! Hope this helps :}

this site does it from conception, which is two weeks after your doctor starts counting (which is the first day of your last period). so you will want to look at the ones of a 14 week baby.

Its pretty obvious that you are pregnant. Additonal ten to twnety inches from your normal waistline.

If I'm not mistaken, I think it should (with the uterus) be the size of a grapefruit.
