Are you serious? How about this..which is heavier, a pound of gold or a pound of feathers? Well, if gold is measured in Troy ounces, then a pound of feathers is heavier than a pound of gold.

well u can't say becuz they both weigh a pound. but you do know that there are less rocks to way a pound depending on how big they are and there are a lot of feathers becuz feathers are really light

That question is so old. they used to ask u that stuff in like 4th grade. but yeah some people still get confused..lol. and yeah they weigh the same. just the rocks has more mass. people mix the idea of weight over mass during this question.
