I use a razor, but I use a shave gel designed for those sensitive areas. If I limit my shaving to 2-3 x a week, then I usually avoid getting razor bumps. You can buy a cream helps eliminate razor bumps, too.
I've thought about waxing, but it looked too painful, and Nair down there just seemed like a bad idea.

I would say DONT use a razor and soap!!!! I just did that and MAN... THAT was THE wrong move... its best to use a NAIR if your skin isnt to sensitive.. Or a shaving gel and a razor

i use a razor. Wax still causes razor burn. Instead of shaving upward with a razor, shave downward with it. Press hard to get all the hair off. But not too hard or ull cut yourself

Use Nair. It's the best.

You can get special kinds for legs/your face/and ahem...private areas as well. No bumbs or zit breakouts afterwards. If you're going to clear the private area, I suggest trimming the hair first then applying Nair. It works much better.

Find a clean, and reputable place and get waxed.

If the prospect of waxing seems a little scary there is a product out there called "bikini zone" It is a topical ointment that reduced razor burn.

I have shaved mine for like 5 years and it's not that bad.....It depends on the person, but I've never gotten razor burn doing it. It's probably the way I do it. E-mail me if you need details.....(not trying to sound like a lezbo, just wanna help.)

Try one of those hair trimmers made specifically for that. They are the greatest, especially if you don't enjoy the pain/trauma of waxing. After a very traumatic waxing experience, I could never wax again!

I wouldn't put nair near your cookie. That might irritate you. Try waxing.
