There is one in the Valley Village area around Whisett and Burbank Blvd. I think it's claled Cafe Del Mar.Also a place called Orange Delite. Golan on Victory. Fish In The Valley on Burbank and Whitsett

You can always make it yourself. It's pretty easy, especially if you plan on making vegetable sushi or work with a reputable fish market (just ask for sushi-grade fish and they'll make sure it's high quality). There are plenty of sushi mats and supplies around now that sushi has become popular in our culture. Most cooking schools offer fun evening classes for interested people, so look for sushi making classes in your area! Good luck!

Depends how strict you are. You can get sushi items with no meat, but if you care how the food is prepared (use of cooking utensils which had previously been used for non-kosher food), then it may be very tough.
Not too many Jewish Japanese folks in the world.
