at the area on the tip where u would put a earring feels like a little pimple on the inside. can i get rid of it?

Those are sebaceous cysts, little bits of fat cells in a capsule. Best bet is to leave them alone, or if they are large, minor surgery to have them removed.

Sounds like scar tissue, from where the ear was pierced. Imagine a nail puncturing your foot and your foot trying to heal around the nail.
Best to see a MD though, esp. if you have redness, and area is warm to touch compared with other earlobe.
Better safe than sorry.

Probably just a pimple. It will go away. If you want when you clean your face take some of the soap and rub it on a q-tip and clean out your ear lobe. Make sure not to put the soapy q-tip in your ear.
