Like they knew they were pregnant and they unexpectly gave birth?

I'm sure it happens all the time. Yeah, it's not completely unexpected but I guess it would be a surprise if you were a month or two early. I'm sure people go into labor all of a sudden and then birth follows very shortly after. Haven't you ever heard of stories where women gave birth in taxis or buses? I guess that would be a situation where birth was a bit of a surprise due to the fast onset of it.

Well if you know you are pregnant, it's not "unexpected" to give birth.
