so go with easy method ,use web site builder which come
with plan u gonna choose for web hosting
like me i bought beginner plan from 1&1 .com

Get a geocities account at geocities.com since your a beginner. Then read up on how to do HTML online.
Or you could get a program that makes the websites for you like Dreamweaver and such.
