Today is day 62 of my cycle so I'm approx 20 days overdue for my period. My normal range for cycles is 32-40 days. 41 being the longest ever until now. There are a few things going on in my life, but nothing too stressful at the moment. How much can stress affect your cycles? Also, my husband and I have been trying for a baby for over 2 years now but because of some problems havent been able to conceive. Since it is possible that I could be pregnant, what kind og symptoms should I be looking for this early on?

Lots. During some of the most stressful times in my life I would go months without one. There was one point where I went 6 months, and it wasn't unsual for my cycle to be exactly what yours is.

Pregnancy symptoms....the earliest sign besides lack of a period that I got on both of my pregnancies...was that I felt as if I were going to get my period any day now, but it never came. And then the symptoms disappeared altogether.

Definitely have a pregnancy test. Stress can have an enormous effect on your cycle. For example, I know a woman who spent a summer at high elevation (over 10,000 feet) where the air is thinner and the weather colder and she didn't have her period the whole time, then she went back the next year and had it every two weeks. Another thing that can change your cycle is spending a lot of time with another woman (especially if they are on the pill) because women's cycles tend to synchronize when they spend a lot of time together. That said, if there isn't anything too stressful going on, pregnancy is a good candidate. This early on you may have no symptoms, so it is best to take the test.

Nausea (at ANY time of day), vomiting. Get a pregnancy test done just to be sure, though, because it could just be from the stress of trying for a baby that you're late. Good luck!
