Yes... I have gone through it every month and I am 13 weeks along and my ob also said it is totally normal and not to worry unless you are having bleeding. Also, I went out and bought the book what to expect when you are expecting and it has really helped me!

Some Women experience a small amount of spotting or bleeding very early in pregnancy, about 10 to 14 days after fertilization. known as implantation bleeding, it happens when the fertlized egg first attaches to the lining of the uterus. And usually its a bit earlier,spottier and lighter than an normal period. so your most likely to end up getting some cramping too. many women experience cramping very early on as the uterus begins to enlarge. these cramps are similar to menstrual cramps so your completely normal. If the cramping is severe you should see a GP.

Well, yeah.... if the dr says it happens that means that other women complain about it.. and yes, I have had 4 kids and it's normal.

yes i had cramping, this tightening feeling and no implantaion bleeding at all either, and yes it felt like my period was going to start but it never came

yes, i have it too, terrible huh? feels like im going to start my period. i asked the same question on here. i feel so much better. its perfectly normal.
