I had three things that worked for me. 1. Coca Cola over ice, 2. Whole wheat toast, and 3. Ginger Ale. They only worked when I was actually drinking or eating them...I gained a lot of weight in the process...but I wasn't nausious. Good Luck..it will all be worth it in the end.

Eat 6 small meals/snacks unstead of 3 big meals! Thats what the doctor told me! I found it helped. Also try not to eat right when u wake up cause that more than likely will come right back up!

nothing works great, but some things that might help are...
Lemon candy or anything lemon
ginger tea or ginger snaps
my doc put me on unisom and vitamin b6, don't do this without consulting your doc though. I really didn't think it did much for me though.
Your doc can prescribe you phengran if you are really bad.
Best of luck!

as soon as you wake up - before you even get out if bed - nibble on some soda crackers. rest for a few more minutes, then get out of bed very, very slowly.
good luck
