Definitely DVD burner: Great for archiving data off the hard drive.
At least 1280 x 1024 display: More area to work with.
UPS / Battery Backup: I don't like to lose power.
As much RAM as I can fit in the machine.

for me i buy a pc with this details cause i used it for games then i choose 256 M display card with 1024 M DDR2 and 3.2 processor full cache
