Hold down control + Alt + Up Arrow

That happened to me once because I was used to using certain key combinations on a different computer. I had to switch to different combinations to play my game on the new computer. If you don't use anything like that, you may have just leaned on the computer or pushed the keys by accident.

on desktop cright click and chose "properties" , then "settings" and at the end "advanced" .
take a look at the options there . might help
