Live electrical wires. Ok......two live electrical wires making a connection. I imagine such a connection would be SURE to levitate you. :)

Air resistance.
When a helicopter's blades rotate very fast, the combined 'wing area' of the blades causes the helicopter to levitate, so long as the 'lift' is sufficient to counteract the effects of gravity.
It is kind of like with a plane, except the blades are spinning to cause the lift. In the case of a plane, it must reach a sufficient speed to achieve 'takeoff', as the increased speed means more lift.
If the lift provided by the blades perfectly counteracts the effects of gravity, the helicopter is suspended in mid air. This is called 'hovering', which is a funny word.

It is not possible, except in the restricted case of an object supported by a magnetic or electrostatic field. An electrostatic field would have to be immense to support an object of any significant size, although there is an important physics experiment which involved supporting a tiny drop of oil in an electrostatic field. (It was used to determine the charge of an electron.) Magnetic fields are used in some transportation systems.

levitation is possible through the use of superconductors.
an experimental train in japan was supported by the magnetic field produced by current in the superconductors underneath it. the train literally floats above its track.

Levatation has never been documented in any way, so before you go probing the scientific community you should know the question you are asking is psuedo-scientific rather than scientific.

None. It is impossible, it is against all laws of physics and it has never been observed and documented under scientific scrutiny.
