Yes I love squid. The tentacles are the best. Not as chewy as the body. Most times the body is over cooked so it is chewy so most people don't like it because of that. It's the last ingredient in most hot recipes. Deep fried is good, only until the batter crust.
You can buy buy canned tentacles in oil or tomato sauce like sardines. They are great with crackers and hot sauce, or do a stir fried Chinese rice, or a Italian pasta dish adding them at the end. So many ways to eat them so they ar tender.

Absolutely! I've had it and would love it again. I first had it in high school biology class. After we were finished dissecting the squid, the teacher fried it up in butter with an electric frypan he brought. I was sold from day one. Yum!
