It depends upon your height and build. What concerns me is that you, like many teen girls, are concerned about your weight on a scale.

Okay, it is said that for every inch over 5 feet tall you should add 5 pounds to a 100. So if you are 5'8", you could easily way 135-140 and be in the right weight range. If you're 125 pound at that height, you may look thin and if you eat right, may be healthy, just on the thin side.

14 year old girls are usually underweight because their metabolisms are higher and they haven't finished filling out their frames (with curves). It's not until 17-19 that they are fully developed (this doesn't mean some don't do so early).

Remember, fat weighs LESS than muscle, so a fit and athletic female will weigh more than her chubby counterpart. That's why you can't rely on scales to determine how much someone weighs-you also have to look at muscle-fat ratio. When people diet without exercise, they seem to lose weight quickly-what they lose first is water and muscle...the fat remains (so they weigh less, but are flabbier than before).

So love yourself as you are, eat right and drink lots of water-avoid greasy, salty foods (once a week is okay) and get plenty of rest and exercise (7 hours sleep, 20 min. exercise at least per day).

BTW, if you ever become concerned about cellulite, low weights with lots of reps will tighten and tone problem areas. It won't make you "huge and muscular."

If you are of average height, say 5' to 5'5" tall I'd say any where between100 and 124 lbs.If tou are heavier than that and are muscular you may weigh more. Muscle weighs more than fat!
