The simple answer is "yes".
The complicated answer will be "depending".

If you enroll in a school offering Agricultur related major, I will assume the school size is big enough to be called "university". University is composed of many colleges or schools, which means the U. offer a variety of majors/concentrations/programs.

Sometimes, small colleges have special program that students can take courses in other collges and credits from other collges are honored. The formal term for it is "consortium". In this case, you can take courses from other college, but you cannot claim the major that is not listed in your home-college.

The best advice for the "how" part is you should set an appointment with the academic advisor in the college you go to and tell him/her there is possiblity that you will change major. They will give your advice on courses that you can take and count to the graduation requirement for the potential major. Remember, most college freshmen students take core courses, which mean every one regardless your major take courses required for graduation across majors.

Of course you can change, some people change their majors endlessly. You can stay at the same school if they have your program...also, try to talk an advisor in the program that you transferring too and see what you need to have or what will count towards your new major. Some changes can boot up an extra year or so. So think really hard about it and your choice and see if you are okay with staying if you have to. But college is all about exploring your desires and career options and testing the waters. Hopefully this helps you . What do you plan on changing it to, business?

The answer is yes!....It is very common for someone to change their major several times throughout their college education....the only difficulty you will have is if the major is within a different school within the University....lets say you apply as an Engineer and later want to change to a History major....you will have to transfer out of the college of Engineering into the Letters and Science college.....but for the most part this will not be an issue as it is very common at all Universities...

Absolutely.
The first two years of college you are mainly taking undergrad courses and just the beginning courses for your major. You may also enroll as "undecided" so you can get your general course of study out of the way, and also give you time to research what you'd like to major in.
To change a course of study, all you will need to do is see your academic advisor and let them know. They can get you started in the correct direction to make the change you seek. From there, they will more than likely refer you to that particular department, such as the business department, who will give you an idea of the requirements you will need to advance. This can also be done for double majors and minors.

Good Luck!

Yeah, college students are notorious for changing their major several times before deciding what they want to do in life. It may set you back a little but it also might not. You change your major but talking with your academic advisor about it.

totally possible but in some college and uni's a period for dropping/adding units and changing programs is opened til the second week. just log on to your student kiosk and go to registration, then just click on to program change, provided that you have passed the prerequisites for the program you intend to take up. if this doesn't happen, email your student helpdesk or student academic service unit and let them know of your intentions otherwise you'll just have to que up with the others at the academic or registration office with your form for program change fully filled. it would do you some good if you know some student assistants at the registration unit to help you out.

Yep. Did that. Your advisor can help you. All you do really is to start taking courses specific for your new major and wherever it asks for your major, just put in a new one. No big deal.
