I noticed the other day when I was in town that a job recruitment agency was advertising for TV extras, maybe that would be a way in. Or perhaps you may wish to join a local drama group. I think that you have to join the actors union. There is also a newspaper, which I think is called The Stage, which has audition adverts in.
