Because most people are "fair weather" friends.& Rainy Days & Mondays always get them down..! ... This isn't always the case, however. Here in the desert Southwest- it rains so seldom, that people actually go outside when it does to BE in the rain much of the year (& cloudy days are considerd "nicer" than the 71 sunny days that came before it). Maybe it's more of a question of how often it rains- than anything else.

Rainy days make it a bit less comfortable for you. Usually you don't wanna get wet for different reasons, so the fact that is raining out there, makes you run, do things in a different way or not do them at all. It's not that I don't like rain, it's absolutely necessary, but it might change the way I go through my day.

I like rainy weather! What I hate about it is trying to avoid those stupid drivers who go twice as fast in the rain as they do on a sunny day.

Because the sky is grey and you need to turn lights on, and the rain could possibly turn into a flood. You could get struck by lightening, so there are several items to not enjoy

It depends on your plans for the day. Here in the Philippines, I like it when it rains, only if I plan to sleep the whole day (because it's always hot here.)
