Rogers sports net is the Canadian equivalent of ESPN here in the states. It has nothing to do with Federer

Its only a coincidence that its called the Roger's Cup...and that it's a hard court event...the name really doesn't matter..it can be named XYZ Cup. Hahaha...Its should be more interpreted as federer being very talented on hard courts. Then saying that the name of the cup helped him win the Rogers Cup.

i think it belongs totally to roger federer not just bcuz of the name, cuz hes the king of the tennis court
