Shouldn't it be, "No pants and/or underwear, no service"

so, what if someone walks into a restaraunt with no pants, would they allow them to service even though they only require you to wear shirts and shoes?

how is it "unhealthy" to not wear a shirt or shoes?

I'd rather not risk it...

Well I don't think there's anything unhealthy about not wearing a shirt or shoes, for one thing, your feet may be dirty but they're on the ground, where only mice and rats and roaches eat! no threat there to us humans!
and another thing, if they don't want to serve anyone not wearing pants, dress, or whatever, they must post it along with the shirt and shoes! Otherwise it's just unfair!

If you're answering "why would you want to look at those nasty feet or chest?" well here's my question for you Why would you look anyway, If you mind your own business and look at your food while you eat you won't have to worry about any Ugly stuff, plus you probably won't spill all your food all over yourself...

You should try it and if they don't service you, then you can sue, you know why? Cause this is America, land of the free.

The no shoes thing is unhealthy in food establishments because some people have jungle rotten feet. The no shirt thing is because it isn't fair to girls, who get pimped with the same indecent exposure law that you would if you went in with no pants and underwear.

Women wear "no pants" into restaurants all the time. They're called dresses. "No shirt, no shoes" is also a health code thing.
