With victories like this, our side is in trouble. What ever happened to the definition of victory that the WWII generation used?

He's just gone & done it again. Another stupid remark from a stupid Texan. He dosen't really mean anything by it, as a matter of fact he probably dosen't even have the right crisis in mind. It was only Condaleeza Rice screwing around with his stupid in ear monitor again. Every US citizen with a brain already know the cabinet won't ever let him speak candidly so he can only say what comes over the monitor, thats why he only speaks about 5 words at a time. AND they thought RONALD REAGAN was a puppet! HAH!!! What an idiot, twice in the same presidency??!! God help us.

You answered your own question-of course Bush meant that in the same sense-the only sense he has and the reason we do not have the same definition of victory as the WWII generation is we elected BUSH-Senior and Junior and if WE stay the course it will be Jebby Boy too someday!!!

The WWII generation kicked both Germany's and Japans culo in less time that it has taken g.w. to even come close to admit that things in Iraq are not all rosy. So I am sure in his weak little mind Israel did believe there is some huge victory.

Probably. He has a set of memorized answers that he randomly uses as responses to intelligent questions. Sometimes he's not as good at using the correct response phrase to a question. You have to give it to him. He does "stay the course."
