When i was at T in the park a few years ago travis came out and sang "why does it always rain on me" 1 minute into the song it rained and the crowd sang back word for word.
REM played later that evening and half way through the song. The lead singer pulled the plug and sang an accapella with the crowd.Lasting 14 minutes.
Last year the lead singer of Keane leaned as far over the stage as he could and stretched the microphone stand out about 8 feet above the crowd as we all sang "eveyone changes".
Thinking about this moment really is to much for me to handle, the music gives me butterflys and my eyes water.

What is this feeling i have for music called ?

Passion. You just seem to get into it and "feel" what the artist is saying. It's perfectly natural. Everyone has had that feeling at some point. It's a good thing. It says that you are a very deep feeling and compassionate person.

Not sure that it has a defining name but these kind of memories will live with you forever. Emotional moments like this always do. You can smile inwardly when you think of them and treasure the fact you were there

do you ALWAYS feels that way if you hear any music even if you're alone?.....if not then its not the music alone.....its the "moment" that makes you feel "mushy"........a bunch of people sharing a feeling of "peace and harmony" in a moment through music.......it happens in other ways too like after a solemn prayer, after an emotional speech......

enjoy it while it lasts.........the feeling of tranquillity very seldom happens in our chaotic world.

It is emmotion.
It is a connection with the music, (something in the lyrics), or just a connection with the music itself, (I get it too, but not with those particular artists).

It is simply called a "Love of Music"!

You are one, (like me), who feels the words not just hears them.

It's a great feeling to know that we feel.....unlike most people out there!!!!!
