Ha! Nobody knows who Doop is. Given how bizarre Doop is, I doubt that even Amazo would be able to effectively copy and use his power. I'll give the victory to the little green guy.

Did you mean DOOM vs Amazo...? If so, provided that Amazo is not already charged up with the powers of the justice League, then Doom would win, because in his unpowered state, Amazo is just an android, and Doom has destroyed too many robots (including many of his own that disobeyed) to be afraid of him AT ALL.
