I fixed an election.
It was at school a number of years ago. The class ahead of mine was having class elections and they were being really stupid about it; they just put ballots in people's mailboxes which could be turned in any time to another mailbox. There were no controls or monitoring of any kind, and a lot of the students just left their blank ballots sitting around on tables or even on the floor.
I scooped up the abandoned ones, filled them out and stuffed the ballot box. The person elected Class President won by only about 10 votes and I had stuffed at least 30 ballots with her name on them. She still doesn't know.

Back in the 70's during the gas shortages, I started a rumor at work that since ink was a by-product of oil (it isn't) there was going to be a pen shortage. You couldn't lay a pen down without it disappearing!

once i sed my uncle died so i had 2 go 2 a funeral 2 get out of suspension 4 skipping skool. when the teacher tried 2 call my mom and make sure i started crying and she stopped trying 2 call her.
