From Wikipedia:
"One major difference in theological opinion between Zwingli and Luther is that of grace versus works as it relates to the Christian sacraments. Many consider Luther to have been the originator of the belief that God's covenants to man are unconditional; Zwingli, on the other hand, proposed that God's covenants were just that--spiritually binding contracts between God and man that were vulnerable to man's relapse into the sinful life that could eventually lead to an annulment of God's part in the contract."

Or, in simpler terms, Luther believed that God's promises to man could not be revoked, whereas Zwingli felt that if man sinned, God could also choose to withdraw from the contract.

Also, while "Luther retained most aspects of the medieval Catholic Mass, Zwingli reduced the service to a basic sermon accompanied by unleavened bread and wine. Zwingli further removed various icons and relics from churches in order to keep with a very simple style. Ministers under his direction were required to abandon their special clerical vestments and wear lay clothing. "

I know a major difference between Calvin, Zwingli, and Luther is on their views of the Eucharist. Luther believes in consubstantiation which is the believe that Jesus is "in, with, and under" the bread. This is not transubstantiation, which is what the Roman Catholic Church believes. Transubstantiation is the belief that the bread and the wine actually become the body and blood of Christ. Calvin believes that there is simply a spiritual presence at the Eucharist. Calvin believes that you can't pin-point Christ's location, but that the holy spirit is present at the Eucharist. Zwingli simply believes that the Eucharist are simply symbols of Christ.
