My mom wno't let me shave my pubic hair, she said it's there for a reason.
But when I have discharge it gets all tangeled up in my pubic hair and gets on my freakin' nerves.
What should I do?

If you completely shave it off, you might have ingrown hair and that is a pain. Just trim it really short, it will help a lot.
Make sure you clean up the tub after you trim so your mother won't know.

You should explain to your mother that pubic hair is there to advertise to males you are ready for copulation. It does this in two ways....
Visually it highlights the the vulva and draws attention to it. The real function of hair is to trap secretions from the area so that you smell, well, ready for copulation.
Does she, or does she let you shave the hair under your arms? It is there for the same reason. Perhaps you could compromise, and trim your pubic hair. My wife steals my beard trimmer all the time, puts it on a shorter setting and buzzes away. I personally think she likes the vibrations, but she won't admit it.
I have to be careful when I notice she's "close cropped" because I keep my beard a little longer than she keeps her pubes. ...and frequently she leaves the setting down low, and then my face is bald for a week or so.

Trim it with a pair of scissors... Easiest way is to sit on the toilet when you do it, then just flush the hairs away. She won't know any different unless she measures it...
Besides, shaving can cause a LOT of discomfort when the hair starts to grow in even a LITTLE bit. You don't want to have an itchy coochie while running the miler in gym class...

You should confront your mom and tell her that you need to trim or shave it off because your discharge is getting tangled up in it. I know that is very frustrating because it used to happen to me all the time untill I got fed up and staved it off.
Since your mom checks your construction area (as i like 2 call it), than you should definately confront her.
Hope this helps
God Bless!

what sort of disease do you have? sometimes the extra hair there will help battle infections and spread of things, but more often then not it just gets it the way, just trim it down a little bit..that shouldn't hurt anything.

It's your body not hers and since you have this condition and not shaving is making matters worse, then shave for goodness sake, shave it all. Your mother is wrong. People either shave it or not due to preference not because it's meant to be there. You shave your legs don't you?...Same thing

Trim it shorter. That's not shaving, your mom can't be mad at that. Besides, how would she know if you shaved it or not?

Try trimming it real low, this should satify your mum and help with the problem.
