One "item" that I Must have with me at all times would be- a cell phone because if you're ever in a real emergency and in need of a phone, you have it, a cell phone in other words its a " life saver" you can call someone when you're strandded some where, you can use it for emergencies and you can also use it for entertainment- you know if it has internet access and games, etc. you can talk to someone when you're bored.
I would of said my kids & fiance cause my kids are under 18 and their my responsibility and all, and my fiance I feel like I have a piece of me missing when he's out some where. But you said "item" not "someone" and my kids & fiance are not items, you know!

Actually it's a few things i check every single time I step out my door. My wallet ( which contains some credit cards, some cash, driving license etc..), my cell phone, my key ring, and my lip gel LOL That's all I guess:) :)

A prayer in our heart. It makes one confident and drives away the devils around us. These devils are all the negativities. These can be of our own making also. These could be our fear of failure or shortcomings also, our grey areas those need improvement and constant analysis. So it is the prayer in our heart.
