When your kids are not home take a nap. Change your diet and exercise. If you eat or drink a lot of sweet stuff, cut back. Go to you doctor and ask him to give you a sugar test and to test your blood pressure and cholesterol.
You should also start cooking with garlic, it help thin the blood to let your blood flow better. Water is a must to help get your energy level up and keep it up.
Drink three glasses of water between the time you wake up and 12:00 pm and then in moderation for the rest of the day in order to make your 8 a day quota. Someone once told me that I should drink half of my body weight in water everyday, but I found that that always made me really full and I wouldn't eat because I was too full of water. So do everything in moderation and you should feel better after a while.

wow...mother of 3 here, same problem...add some extra iron into your diet..cut down on the caffeine ( i know that sounds dumb, but after a while if you don't have more caffeine it wears you down ) exercise for 20 min every night before bed..relax, as much as possible..warm baths, glass of wine..music..the more stressed and tense you are, the more tired you will be..if you have allergies, and this is why your tired..get them fixed..trust me allergies are no fun anyways...protein for lunch ( chicken is good ) DO NOT skip breakfast..you have no idea how good for you it is till you eat it every day for a while then miss one...

My best sugestion would be to write a schedule up for everything you need to do daily and try to post it around your house! Put a time for relaxation and try to do everything on the list within a timely fashion!!
Or you could go on a vacation or to a spa!!
P.S. hot chocolate is good too lolz!

See your doc to find out if your iorn is low. That can cause tiredness. Also, ask him to recommend a calcium suppliment. This along with the excercise should help.

Examine your diet: are you eating plenty of fruit and vegetables? Reduce caffiene intake and increase iron intake (red meat, green leafy vegetables)
