I'm guessing it might be a coupon, but I've never heard the word before. It seems to be associated somehow with Singapore.

Lobang is a Malay term literally meaning "hole". It means "tip" or "opening" or "contacts".

I've never heard it before either, and couldn't find any source for an explanation. I found a possible association with music and a possible association with fabric, but nothing definite. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
