This is someone who does fancy woodwork, like the ornate legs on tables and chairs, and the decorative crown moldings which are ridged and/or decorative wood up against the ceiling. They use different types of saws, lathes, sanders, etc. If you've ever seen the highly decorative wood trim on Victorian homes, that's what a millwright does.
