How do I get back into my last account?

I was locked out of my last yahoo account. my secret answer to change my password did not work either, I need to get back into it to retrieve important information. Is there a customer support phone number I can call to help me with this?

Unfortunately that is not possible. If you have forgotten your secrets, there is no way to regain access to the account. If you have a secondary e-mail address tied to the account, you can use that option. Lacking that, your stuck. Sorry!

Make a new one.
