In the worse dressed, I have to say Lil Kim when she showed at the MTV VMA and it looked disgusting. The best dressed, I have to say Eva Longoria when she makes an appearance on tv programs, like the blouse with the flower attached, when she made an appearance on Live With Regis and Kelly.
