Its just my daughter and I and i find myself spending the night at my moms more than my own house. And before I had my own place i couldn't wait to get out...what's wrong with me?

It just doesn't feel like home to you yet. Decorate it with familiar things you love - don't be staring at a bunch of empty walls. It'll make you feel cold and out of place, so hang something pretty! Ask your mom for suggestions - she'll be flattered. Ask her for advice and ask her what it was like the first time she was on her own. Invite your mom over!

Install some security locks, and get out and investigate the neighborhood. Once you can find your way around and know it like the back of your hand you'll begin to feel more comfortable.

Nothing is wrong with you. It takes three months before you stop feeling like a guest in your new home. Be careful not to project your own insecurities on your daughter.

If you don't believe in house blessings, maybe you should do it yourself. Just go from room to room with a prayer or bible reading, and a candle that represents the light of Christ. Or do something compatable with your belief system.

Hi! it sounds as though you need to thoroughly spiritually cleanse your house and its space. Buy Sage, or lots of frankincense incense or aromatherapy oils (real ones not half this half that but 100% pure)lemon, frankincense, pine, sage, lavender or rose (one or several... Rose and frankincense being the best). Make sure the house has lots of sunshine. If there are dark corners or rooms, I would suggest you have a window or skylight installed. Seems to me that you have lower vibration spirits or stagnant energy there.Don't panic it's easy to remedy. If you use oils, buy also a fine spritz plastic bottle (found it stores with travel sections costs less than $2) fill half of it with water and add no more than 7 drops of lemon but no more than 30 drops of all the others. Shake and fill to the almost top with water. Please check first to see if you or children are allergic.

You can also purchase small rose quartz stones. Cleanse them (by leaving in the sunlight and moonlight for 2 days) and place them in the corners of "dark" (meaning the energy is stagnant) rooms. Good luck and if you need more tips ..just email.Take care!

You need the house blessed. That is what my gut is telling me. Or ... you do not like being away from other adults for company ... just had to read the second part of your question. I still think you need the house bless, however. It would just be a different blessing. Pretty much the same tools, however. Be well.

What's the houses background history? There could be a very unfreindly presence there. Maby not, but it makes me think of a house in my town, apparently someone died in the house sometime in the past and the house became haunted. One time a group of teenagers decided to go check out the house for a scare thrill. They ended up throwing themselves out of the upstairs window because something about the house made them feel really unwelcome(understatment) and frankly, they wanted the quickest way out.

There's nothing wrong with you. You're adjusting to being on your own. I had to leave a light on in my tiny apartment, just so I could get sleep at night. Look into having a security system installed, or get a dog. You can do it!

Nothing is wrong with you. My daughter is divorcing her husband and the jerk has set her up in a small house with their three year old daughter. My daughter is twenty seven and scared too!
Good Luck to you.
